YOUR PARTNER IN PRECISION
ACCURATE AERIAL SURVEYS

Utilising the latest high specification drones and industry leading software, DRONE SURVEYING creates a data set of precision imagery that enables clients to analyse measurements, make volumetric calculations and view recordings of your site throughout every stage of construction.

  • Collect data in hours rather than days avoiding lengthy approval delays.
  • Work safer, removing your team from the ground.
  • Work with outputs in any format for bidding, design, planning and site monitoring.
  • Full data visualisation of the build’s entirety from cradle to grave, improving decision making and planning.
  • Better decision making with accurate 2D and 3D survey data that can be classified into reports and CAD files, allowing your team to ensure accuracy in the completed work before handover of the property.
  • Subsequent surveys will identify changes from historical surveys which can be used to ascertain cut and fill projections as the project develops.
Which services do YOU need?
In most cases, a combination of the services below tailored to your project will ensure incredible accuracy, speed and efficiency – we will guide you through and support you every step of the way – all you need to do is get in touch.
STOCKPILE SURVEYS

The process of assessing and quantifying the volume of material stockpiles, such as gravel, sand, or construction debris, using aerial imagery captured by drones equipped with cameras.

3D Modelling inspection

Using 3D modelling inspections with drone surveys and photogrammetry provides a powerful and efficient toolset for construction site monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.

CAD OVERLAYS

Overlay the three-dimensional survey data obtained from photogrammetric techniques with your CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files allowing you to visualise designs integrated real-time data and 3D models.

CUT & FILL ANALYSIS

Cut and fill analysis is a process used in construction site surveys to determine the volume of earth that needs to be cut (excavated) or filled to achieve a desired topography or design grade.

LiDAR INSPECTION

LiDAR, which stands for Light Detection and Ranging, is a remote sensing technology that uses laser light to measure distances and generate precise, three-dimensional information about the shape and characteristics of objects or surfaces.

PHOTOGRAMMETRY

Photogrammetry with drones provides several advantages for construction site surveys, including rapid data acquisition, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to access hard-to-reach or hazardous areas.

POINT CLOUD SURVEY

Using point clouds in drone surveys enhances the efficiency and accuracy of construction site assessments, allowing for more informed decision-making and streamlined project management.

RTK DATA

RTK, which stands for Real-Time Kinematic, is a satellite navigation technique used to enhance the accuracy of position data collected by drones during surveys.

TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS

A topographical survey creates an accurate and three-dimensional representation of the land’s surface, including elevation changes, contours, and the location of various features.
